Job Description
Job Summary:
This role will be pivotal in driving brand visibility through internal and external promotional
activities, supporting employer branding efforts, and coordinating brand initiatives across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotions & Campaigns
● Assist in the planning and execution of national and regional brand promotion campaigns and events.
● Coordinate with internal teams (Creative Design, Sales, Product Management) to align with brand guidelines and marketing messaging.
● Liaise with vendors for production and delivery of promotional materials and ensure the PO/ Payment process is smoothly managed with respect to TAT(e.g., brochures, gift items, displays, corporate gifts).
● Initiative of new activities through various promotional activities that strengthens brand visibility.
● Visitor management with Genesis presentation and plant tour to domestic and management guests.
● Planning and Execution support in all the brand activities which helps in brand reach and visibility among different stakeholders.
Employer Branding
● Collaborate with HR and the Brand team to conceptualize and roll out employer branding initiatives. Support content creation for career fairs, onboarding kits, internal newsletters, and digital campaigns to enhance the employer value proposition. Help promote internal achievements, milestones, and employee stories on suitable platforms.
Marketing Assets maintenance
● Maintain brand consistency across all visual and messaging elements in coordination with the Creative Design team.
● Track and manage the inventory of brand assets and promotional items.
● Ensure timely communication of brand updates, guidelines, and collaterals, any assets to relevant stakeholders.
● Provide backend support for event branding, including pre-event planning and post-event reporting.
● To take care of Marketing/brand collaterals approvals and maintaining as per brand guidelines.
Reporting & Evaluation
● Monitor campaign performance and gather field feedback for future improvements.
● Assist in preparing monthly reports and dashboards for branding and promotional initiatives.
● Analyze on Promotional Expenses and budget controlling
● To find ways of completing the activities in a cost-effective way and the same should be prepared as documents every time.
