Brand Strategist (B2B & B2C)

About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Strategist to lead our brand positioning and growth across both B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate should be able to develop brand strategies, identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence while driving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and creative teams to align brand messaging.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize brand initiatives.
- Manage brand communication and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, or Growth.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign planning.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
