Role Overview


We are looking for a Brand Strategist to build and scale the Masterclass content ecosystem at NIAT.

This role involves transforming masterclasses, industry insights, and student outcomes into high-quality, engaging content that strengthens brand recall, credibility, and business impact.


What Success Looks Like (12 Months)


  • Establish strong brand recall for NIAT Masterclasses
  • Build a scalable content engine delivering 150+ content assets annually
  • Strengthen NIAT’s association with industry experts and real-world tech
  • Improve engagement metrics (views, shares, watch time)
  • Create a reusable content library supporting marketing, sales, and admissions


Key Responsibilities


1. Masterclass Content Strategy

  • Define content direction for all masterclass-related assets
  • Identify trending and relevant tech topics (AI, software, emerging technologies)
  • Convert complex concepts into simple, engaging content

2. Content Production & Execution

  • Convert each masterclass into multiple assets:
  • Short-form videos
  • Tech explainers
  • Speaker insights
  • Project showcases
  • Write scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats
  • Collaborate with production and editing teams

3. Industry & Speaker Content

  • Leverage industry speakers to build brand credibility
  • Create content such as:
  • Speaker testimonials
  • Industry insights
  • Tech trend discussions

4. Content Distribution & Business Impact

  • Work with marketing teams to distribute content across platforms
  • Support:
  • Admissions
  • Sales enablement
  • Brand marketing
  • Ensure content contributes to measurable business outcomes

5. Content Systems & Library

  • Build and maintain a structured repository of reusable content
  • Categorize assets based on topics, speakers, and use cases
  • Ensure long-term usability of content assets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in:
  • Tech content creation
  • Startup content marketing
  • Creator ecosystem (YouTube, Reels, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • AI ecosystem
  • Developer culture
  • Technology trends
  • Ability to:
  • Simplify complex technical concepts
  • Write engaging short-form scripts
  • Create high-performing content hooks


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with tech creators or developer communities
  • Background in AI/tech content or education-focused platforms
