Role Overview

We are looking for a digitally strong Brand Solutions Lead who can drive strategy, execution, and client relationships for digital-first brands. The role involves managing end-to-end digital marketing mandates, developing platform-led strategies, and ensuring high-impact campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into comprehensive digital campaign plans including content, influencer collaborations, and performance initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
• Present monthly performance reports and strategic insights to clients.
• Collaborate with creative, content, influencer marketing, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of brand requirements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell digital services and expand client mandates.
• Stay updated with digital trends and consumer behaviour within beauty, fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle categories.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent client servicing, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Prior experience handling beauty, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands is mandatory.
