With millions of monthly views and a strong audience base of young professionals and families, Classic TV is building a premium city-focused media brand that connects audiences with authentic experiences.
We focus on high-quality storytelling and seamless brand integrations rather than traditional promotional placements. Our collaborations are designed to naturally align with our audience’s interests while enhancing the overall content experience.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who will lead sponsorships and collaboration opportunities for Classic TV.
This person will identify relevant brands, develop partnership ideas, pitch collaboration opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth integration of brands into our content.
The ideal candidate understands influencer marketing, digital media partnerships, and brand storytelling within content.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach brands that align with Classic TV’s audience and content style
• Build relationships with marketing teams, PR agencies, and influencer marketing agencies
• Develop creative brand collaboration concepts suitable for Classic TV videos
• Pitch partnership opportunities and negotiate campaign deliverables and pricing
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure natural and effective brand integrations
• Manage campaign execution and communication with brand partners
• Track campaign performance and share reports with partners
• Build long-term partnerships and repeat collaborations with brands
• Maintain a structured database of brand contacts and partnership opportunities
• 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital media sales
• Experience working with influencer marketing agencies, media companies, or creator platforms
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities
• Understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem and branded content collaborations
• Ability to think creatively about integrating brands within storytelling-driven content
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of generating partnership opportunities independently
Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
• Influencer marketing agencies
• Digital marketing agencies
• Creator talent management companies
• Media or entertainment partnerships teams
Compensation
Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
15% commission on brand deals closed.
