Job Description
The Objective
Aja is a natural World Kitchen & Bar built for the seekers, builders, and realists of Chandigarh. We are looking for a sharp Marketing Executive to handle both our online and offline marketing, driven by an understanding of the food & beverage industry and eventually our specific, uncompromised philosophy. You will be the marketing operator - bridging digital presence and physical reality.
The Role:
Digital Scope
- Managing all social media pages for the brand on a daily basis in strict accordance with the marketing calendar and briefs.
- Researching content and sharing insights tailored to our niche, high-performance audiences.
- Creating digital brand awareness and fostering real connections with our target demographic.
- Running the backend of our content funnel, ensuring posts actually drive Link-in-Bio clicks and conversions.
- Managing the online community channels such as Whatsapp, and building smarter channels for it.
- Managing the Aja DAM.
Offline Scope
- Curating physical events in accordance with briefs (Community Events, Patron Events, Authority Sessions).
- Executing offline collaborations and partnerships with relevant founders, creators, and brands to boost Aja's cultural equity and sales.
- Capturing raw, mid-to-low stakes content and guest testimonials directly from the floor during brand events and everyday events in line with the directions set by the main content team.
- Maintaining client data, guest lists, and documentation to build our community CRM.
- Discovering community strategies, experience operations gaps and marketing insights through on floor observations.
Team Coordination & Content Production
- The Visual Storyteller: You are the everyday manager. You will brief, coordinate, and schedule for our dedicated visual storyteller for all high-fidelity brand shoots.
- Your Shooting Scope: Your camera work is strictly ad-hoc, quick-turnaround, and low/mid-stakes content (e.g., iPhone reels, raw floor energy, quick morning delivery updates, etc.).
- Operations: You will work closely with the brand team, floor staff and management to ensure offline events run smoothly and track how digital campaigns convert.
The Skills
- Well versed in AI tools and modern social media management.
- Strong sales and marketing instincts.
- Good photography and videography skills for daily, ad-hoc content capture.
- Well versed in Google Workspace for campaign tracking and data documentation. Plus points for Notion.
- Passionate and vigorous about genuine wellness and health.
The Deal
- Salary Structure: Competitive
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday + event days and timings.
- Work from home on weekends and holidays is required strictly for managing social media posts.
- Location: On-site - Chandigarh/Panchkula based or willing to relocate
