Role Description
The Brand Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen and expand the company’s brand presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying consumer needs, managing product launches, developing promotional strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to ensure effective branding and marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in pharmaveutical brand strategy development, market research, and promotional campaign planning
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in physician-targeted marketing, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
