Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager, located in Kolkata. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company's services and enhance brand awareness. Daily tasks include conducting market research, coordinating marketing strategies, overseeing online and offline campaigns, PR, Influencers collab, ensuring brand consistency, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Skill/Knowledge/Experiences:

• Brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign development skills
• Knowledge of market research and analysis, with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on achieving results
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in brand or marketing management is a must
