Role Overview

As the Brand Planner & Execution Lead, you are the custodian of the Kohinoor Group’s market identity. This is a "Full-Stack" marketing role that demands a mix of high-level strategic planning and “hands-on" execution. You won't just be managing agencies; you will be the architect of our 360-degree brand calendar, the owner of substantial marketing budgets, and the driving force behind shifting our brand perception from a leading developer to a premium lifestyle aspiration in the Pune market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and own the annual Integrated Marketing Communications calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice across ATL, BTL, and Digital.
  • 360-Degree Media Execution: Craft and deploy high-impact media plans (OOH, Print, Radio, and Social) that maximize reach and frequency while maintaining premium aesthetic standards.
  • Budgetary Management: Act as an internal "Business Owner" by managing independent brand budgets, ensuring every rupee spent contributes to long-term equity.
  • Content & Social Stewardship: Lead the social media strategy, moving beyond generic updates to create high-engagement content that humanizes the brand.
  • Agency & Vendor Orchestration: Issue sharp, objective-driven creative briefs and manage production timelines to ensure zero lag between concept and "go-live."


Success Criteria (KPIs)

  • Share of Voice (SOV): A measurable increase in Kohinoor’s visibility and "Top-of-Mind Awareness" (TOMA) relative to key competitors.
  • Brand Perception Uplift: Positive shifts in brand sentiment and "Premiumness" scores as measured by quarterly market surveys.
  • Execution Excellence: 100% adherence to the brand calendar with zero compromise on the quality of physical and digital assets.
  • Digital Engagement: Growth in organic social media reach and high-quality lead attribution through brand-led storytelling.


Who You Are

  • 6-10 years of experience in Brand Management (Agency or Brand-side).
  • A "Full-Stack" marketer who understands both a TVC storyboard and a Google Analytics dashboard.
  • A resident of (or willing to relocate to) Pune with a deep understanding of the local landscape.
