The role exists to create / build VIDA’s brand Globally and build the EV Off Road Motorcycle brand both in India and Globally, by formulating and executing impactful & collaborative brand communication strategy and marketing programs. The aim is to create aspiration & achieve targets on Brand KPI across the funnel, sales volume and market share.


Key Responsibilities

Most significant responsibilities of the job along with key activities required to accomplish them :


  • End to end GTM: Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for the EV Off-Road brand in both Domestic (India) and Global markets.
  • 4Ps: Own the 'Promotion' aspect while monitoring and influencing Pricing, Place, and Product strategies to ensure market alignment.
  • Strategic Execution: Formulate and execute country-level brand strategies in collaboration with Field teams, ensuring alignment with sales performance and Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets.
  • Vida International Marketing Strategy & Planning: Translate VIDA brand strategy into International region specific marketing plans Identify market potential, customer segments & priority micro markets.
  • Experiential Marketing: Drive micro-marketing initiatives and experiential events to enhance brand imagery and deepen consumer engagement with the off-road lifestyle.
  • Digital Ecosystem: Track and deliver on Digital KPIs, ensuring growth in Digital SQV (Sales Quality Volume) as per targets.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Ensure all media plans deliver maximum ROI. You will be measured on campaign quality scores (external research) and launch target.
  • Budget Control: Manage the allocated budget for the quarter and year, ensuring optimization of spend.


Job Requirements :


Academic Qualification

- BE Engineering/BBA + MBA/PGDM from Tier I/II Institute

Relevant Experience

- 7/10 years of experience, preferably in 2W industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

-In-depth understanding of the global automotive landscape

-Good understating of financials, business plans & financial metrics

Behavioural Skills

- Ability to work across CFTs,Creative and result driven, Business Acumen, good interpersonal skills, ability to manage complex situations, out of the box thinker, innovator, creative and a team player.
