The Mandate

LuxeVenue.ai is seeking a visionary Brand & Marketing Manager to define and elevate our identity in the luxury MICE and premium wedding sectors. You will be responsible for crafting a "white-glove" brand image that resonates with Fortune 500 decision-makers and Ultra-HNI clients. Your goal is to position LuxeVenue.ai as the ultimate authority in AI-driven luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity: Standardize and elevate the visual and verbal language of LuxeVenue.ai across all touchpoints (Sales decks, Portals, VR experiences).
• HNI & Corporate Outreach: Design high-end marketing campaigns specifically targeted at CXOs of conglomerates (Reliance, Tata, etc.) and affluent families.
• Strategic Content: Oversee the creation of premium "thought-leadership" content, high-production reels, and elite case studies.
• Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with luxury hotel partners (Taj, Oberoi, Marriott) to co-create marketing protocols that reinforce our "Luxury for Less" USP.
• Performance Oversight: Ensure all marketing spends (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) are optimized for high-ticket lead quality rather than just volume.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–8 years in Luxury Brand Management, Premium Real Estate, or 5-Star Hotel Marketing.
• Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of luxury aesthetics, premium typography, and HNI-focused digital targeting.
• Network: Familiarity with high-end lifestyle influencers and luxury media platforms.
• Commitment: Passion for building a global brand from our Noida headquarters, working 6 days a week.
