Role Description The Brand Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, including planning and implementing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and market positioning. Day-to-day activities include conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials. The Brand Development Manager will manage brand performance metrics, prepare reports and presentations, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer engagement and revenue. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong brand-focused skills, including Brand Development and Brand Management.
- Candidates should possess market-oriented skills, including Market Planning and Sales.
- Candidates should possess communication-related skills, including clear written and verbal Communication and stakeholder management.
- Relevant experience in marketing, brand strategy, or business development within consumer or B2B markets.
- Ability to analyze market data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable brand plans.
- Proficiency in using presentation and productivity tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare reports and business cases.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
