Role Description

The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations and drive the success of the Thrissur branch. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing the office team, developing business strategies, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring the branch meets sales and operational objectives. Additional responsibilities include training staff, liaising with clients and partners, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving branch performance.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of travel industry operations, including visa services, holiday packages, ticket booking, and travel insurance.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, team members, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze reports and data to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with travel agency tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in Administration, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Local market knowledge and fluency in relevant languages are advantageous.
