This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Gurugram. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, implement company policies, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing client relationships, planning and executing strategies to meet targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling financial and administrative tasks for the branch. The role requires ensuring the safety, quality, reliability, and transparency in service delivery.

• Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards shared objectives.
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills to build and maintain long-lasting partnerships.
• Proficiency in Business Planning, Operations Management, and Financial Oversight to achieve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to handle daily challenges and improve processes effectively.
• Knowledge of the transportation or executive car rentals industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
