Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Dehradun. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure effective team management, and lead sales and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies to achieve business targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving overall profitability. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for mentoring staff and managing stakeholder relationships. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate employees. Strong business development and sales expertise to meet financial targets and drive growth. Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Operational and organizational skills with a focus on regulatory compliance and efficiency. Experience in financial services, investment advisory, or related fields is highly desirable. Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required; a master?s degree or MBA is an advantage.
