Position: Branch Manager (Hospital Administrator)

Location: Umayanalloor, Kollam (Approx. 1.5 km from NH66)

Accommodation: Provided by the company or accommodation allowance

About the Organization

We are an established medical centre operating for the past 23 years, providing integrated healthcare services including general medical consultation, pharmacy, and clinical laboratory services. The branch employs approximately 25 staff members across different departments.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management and development of the Branch. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage staff while ensuring smooth functioning of the clinic, pharmacy, and laboratory services at the same time developing strategies for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire branch operations of the medical centre.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 20–25 employees across clinical and administrative functions.
  • Ensure efficient daily functioning of clinic consultation, pharmacy operations, and laboratory services.
  • Guide staff to deliver professional, patient-focused customer service.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and operational standards among employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the medical centre premises.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better patient experience and service delivery.
  • Handle basic administrative coordination including staff scheduling and workflow management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, pharmacy staff, laboratory staff, and front office.
  • Address patient concerns or service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-department healthcare environment.
  • Practical problem-solving ability and operational discipline.
  • Prior experience in hospital administration, clinic management, or healthcare operations is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
