Branch Manager engaged in Stock Broking Business

Key Responsibilities: -

• To identify potential clients and follow up regularly to grow the customer base.
• To use Trading Terminals to place and manage share market orders accurately.
• Focus on acquiring new clients to increase business volume.
• Manage all day-to-day activities at the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
• Follow all company policies and trading regulations.

Skills & Requirements: -

• Strong communication and people skills to interact effectively with clients and team member.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of financial products and share trading.
• Must hold a valid NISM certification relevant to trading and market operations (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, or Securities Markets).

Qualifications: -

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experiences: -

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in equity trading, stock broking, or other capital market operations
