Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the CYIC office in Adampur Doaba, Distt: Jalandhar, Pincode: 144102. This position is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, including supervising staff, managing client appointments, and ensuring effective delivery of study abroad consulting services. The Branch Manager monitors performance against branch targets, manages reporting, and supports staff in meeting service standards. The role involves coordinating with senior leadership, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager also engages directly with clients to resolve escalations, support key cases, and promote a positive, professional environment within the branch.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in branch or office management, including supervision of teams and oversight of daily operations.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain a high standard of professional communication.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the education, immigration, or study abroad consulting sector is highly beneficial.
- Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar I and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools used for case management, scheduling, and communication.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
