Role Description The Branch Manager role at Adithya Advertising is a full-time, on-site position based in Ayanavaram. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing sales activities, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring that bulk SMS and mobile marketing solutions meet client expectations. This role involves leading and mentoring branch staff, setting performance goals, managing budgets, and preparing regular reports on branch performance. The Branch Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their mobile marketing needs, coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions, and drive new business opportunities in the local market. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving operational issues, and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the branch and strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance oversight, and staff development.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within advertising, mobile marketing, or related services.
• Operational management skills, including budgeting, planning, process improvement, and reporting.
• Customer relationship management skills with the ability to understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure service satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of digital and mobile marketing concepts, bulk SMS solutions, and related technology platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ayanavaram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
