Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head located in Noida. The Branch Head will oversee all branch operations, manage a team, develop and execute business strategies, and ensure the achievement of revenue and operational goals. The role includes building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with stakeholders. The candidate will drive initiatives to enhance overall business performance and contribute to achieving long-term business objectives.

• Strong experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
• Proficiency in operational management, planning, and compliance adherence
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively
• Familiarity with real estate industry trends and market dynamics is preferred
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
