Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager, located in Joda. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness, and managing credit risk. The role will include close collaboration with the sales team, maintaining compliance with internal credit approval policies, monitoring portfolio health, and ensuring timely loan disbursements. The candidate will also work on financial analysis, risk evaluation, and decision-making for credit approvals to achieve business goals effectively.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
- Proficiency in Finance and Credit-related processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and risk
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in NBFCs or financial institutions is a plus
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CA) is advantageous
