Job Description
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
Staff & Faculty Management:
- Monitor attendance and leave for all branch employees.
- Oversee faculty performance, ensuring punctual class delivery and accurate student record-keeping.
- Report performance deficiencies and staffing needs to the Offline Branch Coordinator.
Academic Coordination:
- Manage class scheduling, batch assignments, and student communications regarding timetable changes.
- Ensure all operational processes—from registration to course completion—run smoothly.
Facility & Security:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professional upkeep across classrooms and common areas.
- Secure the premises daily (locking up, powering down electronics).
- Identify and report maintenance needs or equipment requirements promptly.
Financial & Admin Support:
- Handle petty cash, track expenses, and process bills for the accounts team.
- Maintain organized records of branch activities and submit monthly operational reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in inquiries and enrollment assistance.
Discipline & Culture:
- Enforce organizational rules to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment.
- Mediate behavioral issues or conflicts among students and staff.
- Lead and motivate the team to foster a collaborative work culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
