• Strong experience in Blue Yonder Demand Planning (Mandatory)
• Good understanding of demand planning, forecasting, consensus planning and S&OP processes
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration support, testing and user support
• Ability to work with business users, IT teams and developers
• Understanding of integration with ERP / SAP and downstream planning systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

• Experience in Blue Yonder Demand 360 / Cognitive Demand Planning
• Exposure to reporting tools, analytics or Power BI
• Experience in change requests, enhancements and post go-live support
