Blown Film Plant Operator

Hiring | Blown Film Plant Operator (LDPE / LLDPE / HDPE) | Silvassa

We are hiring a Blown Film Plant Operator for a manufacturing setup in Silvassa. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in LDPE / LLDPE / HDPE blown film plants used for plastic bag or packaging film production are encouraged to apply.

Location: Silvassa (On-site) - Dadra Nagar Haveli

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (₹2–3 LPA), based on last drawn salary. A higher offer can be considered for the right candidate.

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Employment Type: Direct company role (not third-party payroll)

Qualification:
ITI (AOCP / Fitter / Mechanical) or Diploma Mechanical preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating blown film extrusion machines
• Monitoring film thickness and bubble stability
• Handling LDPE / LLDPE / HDPE processing
• Ensuring smooth machine operations and basic troubleshooting
