Role Description: Blockchain & Web3 Specialist We are looking for an experienced and passionate Blockchain & Web3 Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be at the forefront of blockchain innovation. As a key member of our technology division, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions Implementing cryptographic systems to ensure data integrity and security Working with cryptocurrencies and distributed ledger technologies (DLT) Collaborating with our finance team to integrate blockchain solutions into financial infrastructures Enhancing system transparency, scalability, and transaction efficiency Qualifications & Key Skills Required Candidates should have 2 years of hands-on experience in the following areas: Blockchain Architecture & Implementation NFT Strategy, Creation, and Marketplace Integration Token Development & Management Smart Contracts (Solidity, Ethereum, etc.) Digital Wallet Integration & Security Centralized & Decentralized Crypto Exchange Platforms Web 3.0 Ecosystem and User Experience DeFi Platforms & Decentralized Applications (DApps) Development Business Development in the Crypto/Tech Industry
