The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in blockchain engineering, distributed systems, and protocol design ? with a deep technical foundation across multiple public and private blockchains. You?ll play a critical role in architecting scalable, secure, and interoperable blockchain systems, driving innovation in decentralized technology that bridges Web3, AI, and enterprise-grade infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of modular blockchain systems and supporting infrastructure. Define and optimize on-chain and off-chain architecture, including consensus design, node infrastructure, and data flow. Evaluate and integrate multiple blockchain frameworks (Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, etc.) based on performance and use-case needs. Lead protocol-level innovation, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and reliability across distributed environments. Implement smart contract frameworks using Rust, Go, or Solidity with a strong emphasis on performance and security. Design cross-chain communication protocols and bridges to enhance ecosystem connectivity. Conduct architecture reviews, audits, and performance benchmarking to ensure platform robustness. Collaborate with engineering, AI, and product teams to align technical architecture with long-term vision and roadmap. Stay ahead of blockchain and AI convergence trends, recommending new technologies and frameworks for future adoption. Requirements 10+ years of experience in blockchain systems design, distributed computing, or protocol-level engineering. Strong proficiency in Rust, Go, and Solidity, with deep knowledge of blockchain internals and virtual machine design. Hands-on experience with multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or other L1/L2s). Proven background in building or architecting scalable decentralized systems. Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and network security. Experience designing systems focused on high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance. Demonstrated leadership in technical architecture, system scalability, and team mentorship. Familiarity with AI or ML-driven optimization in distributed networks is a strong advantage.
