Job Description

The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and ensuring optimal functionality and responsiveness of : Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using NestJS/NodeJS. Implement and manage database solutions, specifically with SQL, PostgresDB, and MongoDB. Work with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and scale applications. Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability. Participate in code reviews to maintain code standards and share knowledge. Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Required Skills And Experience 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Strong proficiency in NestJS/NodeJS. Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. Solid understanding and experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgresDB) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
