Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Senior Biology Faculty to teach Classes XI & XII under an integrated CBSE + NEET programme while contributing to the Foundation Programme (Classes IX & X). The ideal candidate should possess exceptional subject expertise, strong classroom pedagogy, and a proven track record of preparing students for NEET and other competitive examinations.

The role requires the ability to simplify complex biological concepts, foster scientific inquiry, and mentor students towards achieving academic excellence in both board examinations and competitive entrance tests.

Candidates from premier institutions (IIT/NIT/Top Central Universities) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Biology for Classes XI & XII, integrating the CBSE curriculum with NEET preparation.
• Teach Foundation Biology (Classes IX & X) with emphasis on conceptual clarity, scientific reasoning, and early competitive exam readiness.
• Use inquiry-based, competency-driven, and application-oriented teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  
  

Curriculum Development

• Develop annual academic plans, lesson plans, study material, assignments, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), worksheets, and revision modules.
• Design competency-based assessments, question banks, and mock examinations aligned with CBSE and the latest NTA-NEET examination pattern.
• Ensure curriculum delivery is aligned with NCERT guidelines and evolving competitive examination trends.
  
  

Assessment & Student Performance

• Conduct chapter-wise tests, unit tests, mock NEET examinations, and board-oriented assessments.
• Analyze student performance through data-driven evaluation, identify learning gaps, and implement personalized improvement plans.
• Mentor students on examination strategy, revision techniques, time management, and effective answer-writing skills.
  
  

Laboratory & Practical Learning

• Plan and conduct Biology practicals, laboratory demonstrations, and experiential learning activities in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Promote scientific inquiry, observation, and research-based learning through practical applications.
  
  

Academic Leadership

• Contribute to curriculum enhancement, faculty collaboration, academic planning, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, student counselling, and faculty development programmes.
• Stay updated with changes in the CBSE curriculum, NCERT textbooks, and NEET examination patterns.
