Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Technical Manager – BIM/CAD to join our Water & Environment team. The role involves leading BIM/CAD deliverables for large-scale infrastructure, water, and wastewater projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM/CAD activities for infrastructure and water projects.
• Develop and review drawings, models, and project deliverables as per client standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design models and resolve clashes using Navisworks/BIM tools.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM/CAD standards and project workflows.
• Work on roadway, utility, water, and wastewater design using Civil 3D and related tools.
• Manage BIM data and Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM/CAD standards.
• Support project planning, technical issue resolution, and documentation management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in BIM/CAD for infrastructure projects
• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit, MicroStation, corridor modeling, pipe networks, surface & alignment creation, and utility design using Civil 3D
• Experience in water, wastewater, utility, and roadway projects
• Good knowledge of BIM coordination tools like BIM 360, BIM Track, and Revizto
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM workflows
• Strong communication, coordination, and team handling skills
