Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end BIM project execution and coordination
• Manage client communication and stakeholder coordination
• Lead and mentor project teams effectively
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with proper planning and delivery
• Ensure quality standards and project timelines are maintained
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation and workflows
• Implement and follow BIM standards, ISO standards, and RIBA stages

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project and people management abilities
• Deep domain knowledge in BIM processes and industry practices
• Hands-on experience with relevant BIM software and tools
• Strong understanding of documentation and coordination processes
