BIM Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator, based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The BIM Coordinator will manage and oversee the effective implementation of BIM processes and workflows. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining BIM models, coordinating with project teams, resolving design and construction issues, and ensuring accurate model updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the BIM Coordinator will provide technical support and guidance to team members and ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.

• Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows within the construction industry.
• Excellent ability to analyze building designs and resolve potential issues related to coordination and constructability.
• Experience in managing and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a BIM environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with construction and infrastructure project management methodologies is a plus.
