Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect / Landscape Architect (3 to 8 years) located in Gurugram. The role involves creating landscape, architectural drawings, developing building information models (BIM), and producing construction drawings. Other responsibilities include preparing and reviewing submittals and coordinating with various stakeholders to support the entire project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Landscape, Architecture and interior disciplines. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) Skills in producing Construction Drawings Knowledge of preparing and reviewing Submittals Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and coordination skills Bachelor's in Architecture or landscape Experience in landscape architecture added advantage Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
