Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect at our Indore / Bhopal office. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural and construction drawings, handling Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, preparing submittals, and collaborating with the design team to ensure accurate project deliverables. The role involves ensuring consistency, compliance with industry standards, and quality control for design and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and expertise in creating high-quality Architectural Drawings
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows
• Experience in developing precise Construction Drawings and handling Submittals
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
• Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in designing and managing projects in the architecture and construction sectors is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
