Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Billing Specialists in the US Healthcare industry. This role covers end-to-end billing functions, including Accounts Receivable, Charge Entry, Prior Authorisation, Payment Posting, Eligible Benefits & Verification, and Customer Service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end U.S. healthcare billing functions with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR): follow-up on claims, resolve denials, post payments, and ensure timely collections.
• Perform Charge Entry with precision, ensuring correct coding and billing information.
• Manage Prior Authorization (PA): verify insurance, obtain approvals, and coordinate with providers/payers.
• Conduct Eligibility & Benefits Verification to confirm patient coverage and benefits before services.
• Accurately manage Payment Posting for insurance and patient payments.
• Provide Customer Service support: address patient and provider queries, resolve billing issues, and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain detailed records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in U.S. healthcare billing (AR, Prior Authorization, or Customer Service).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with U.S. customers, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work U.S. shift timings.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and billing/healthcare software.
