Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for interior projects
  • Verify measurements at site and maintain Measurement Books (MB)
  • Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and site conditions
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for billing inputs
  • Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills as per work executed
  • Perform rate analysis for non-BOQ items and variation orders
  • Track project costs and maintain billing records
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and payment milestones
  • Assist in preparing variation statements and claims
  • Reconcile quantities and costs with clients and consultants

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and materials
  • Good command of MS Excel (formulas, quantity sheets, billing formats)
  • Understanding of contracts, BOQ, and tender documents
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction billing
