Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing and Dispatch Executive located in Kakori. The individual will be responsible for managing billing operations, coordinating dispatch schedules, verifying documents, maintaining records, and liaising with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of shipments. Additional responsibilities include addressing and resolving any billing or dispatch-related discrepancies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in billing processes, documentation management, and record maintenance
• Knowledge of dispatch coordination and inventory management
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve billing and dispatch issues promptly
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
