About The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT services to lead and deliver technology projects successfully. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within Responsibilities : Manage and deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation. Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures. Maintain strong client communication and provide regular status updates. Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer : Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar). Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. (ref:hirist.tech)
