• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in power transformer Core Assembly and Core Coil Assembly.
• Minimum Experience 8-12 Years in same field, and Strong interest in Transformer and Reactor Windings.
• Strong knowledge of transformer design and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill.
• Analytical with problem solving attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple Job’s simultaneously.
• Fluent in use of MS-Office products, especially Word, Excel and PPT.
• Strong understanding of departmental planning, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• SAP knowledge is preferable
  
  

• Responsible for Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet quality standards of Power Transformers up to 500MVA, 400kV/765kV.
• Must possess healthy working experience of EHV Transformer and Rectifier CA & CCA and troubleshooting.
• Handling and resolving day today's issues using conflict resolution techniques in the department.
• Participate in design review, clearing up any doubts right then and there.
• Supervise production to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize rework and cost.
• Assist Technician support on issues and include root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on production and issues.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and housekeeping standards
• Implement best practices in work area
• Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment breakdown and calibration to reduce downtime.
• Implement quality procedures in the department.
