Job Description

Responsible for development and administration of one or more benefit programs. Makes recommendations to administrative procedures and processes to streamline delivery or improve employee experience. Maintains benefit records and documents. Assists in the preparation of employee benefits communications.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of college or equivalent experience/training
  
  
  

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Basic knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements for assigned benefit program
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a project team
