Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter (Non-IT) with a strong focus on the US Medical Device domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience marketing consultants in areas like regulatory affairs, quality, clinical, and manufacturing within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (Non-IT – Medical Device domain) to US clients, vendors, and implementation partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and clients
  • Identify new business opportunities through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and close placements
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and consultants
  • Maintain an updated database of consultants and requirements
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and closures

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales (Non-IT preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing process and medical device roles
  • Experience working with roles like Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Validation, R&D, Clinical Affairs, etc.
  • Good understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
