Job Title: US IT / Bench Sales Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Onsite – Office Based
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings:
• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (US Market)
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT / Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the US IT job market and experience working with vendors, consultants, and clients. The role involves marketing bench consultants, submitting profiles to open requirements, and building strong relationships with vendors to successfully place consultants in suitable roles.
This role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who want to grow their career in US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales.
Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of the US IT job market and hiring practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple submissions
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of HR and employment laws is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for various IT roles in the US market
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities through ATS
• Ensure accurate documentation of candidate details
Bench Sales Responsibilities:
• Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
• Submit consultant profiles to matching job requirements through job portals
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiting partners
• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for consultants
• Follow up with vendors for feedback and submission updates
• Maintain daily submission and placement reports
Additional Responsibilities:
• Communicate regularly with consultants regarding project updates
• Meet daily and weekly submission targets
• Stay updated with market trends and technology requirements
