Beauty Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Trainer to train, mentor, and upskill beauty professionals on industry best practices, service standards, technical skills, customer handling, and grooming. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in beauty treatments, skincare, haircare, and training delivery within the Beauty & Wellness industry.

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for beauticians and beauty professionals.
• Deliver training on skincare, facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and beauty services.
• Conduct grooming, etiquette, customer service, and communication skills training.
• Organize induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Assess trainees through practical and theoretical evaluations.
• Provide coaching and handholding support to improve service quality and productivity.

• Develop and update training modules, SOPs, manuals, and learning materials.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, service protocols, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and MIS reports.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous feedback.
• Conduct refresher training sessions and certification programs.
• Ensure consistency in service delivery across teams.
• Support operational teams in maintaining quality standards.

• Collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams for training initiatives.
• Build a positive learning environment and motivate trainees to achieve performance goals.

• Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent certification will be preferred.

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, Beautician Trainer, or Skill Development Trainer.
• Experience in Beauty & Wellness brands, salons, academies, or training institutes is preferred.
