We seek inspiration from timeless beauty and transform it to meet the needs of the modern woman Position: Beauty Advisor Operation Executive Industry: Color Cosmetics Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Gender Preference -Female About the Role: We are hiring Beauty Advisor Operations Executive to drive sales operation and Beauty Advisor Operations for our fast-growing color cosmetics brand. The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, Analysis, an understanding of beauty product markets, and the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners. Beauty Advisor (BA) Sales and Operations Executive: Frontend and Backend Roles: Frontend Operations Sales and Offtakes Achievement Evaluate individual Beauty Advisors' sales performance against established targets, cluster wise Regularly (daily basis) analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor daily/weekly sales reports. Implement promotional activities to increase off-take. Collaborate to identify and address training needs for Beauty Advisors. Market Understanding Evaluate the hygiene levels of Beauty Advisors and Supervisors in terms of efficiency and resonance with the brand. Make sure BAS Beat plan is added in M-asisst, Synchronise it well with BDE beat plan. Assess outlet hygiene, brand visibility, and product placement during market visits. Implement corrective actions based on market visits. Team Management and Development Oversee the performance of Supervisors and Beauty Advisors. Analyze supervisor wise attrition on monthly basis and suggest ways and means to arrest the attrition. Outlet Maintenance and Hygiene Ensure Beauty Advisors adhere to outlet as well as brand hygiene standards. Implement and monitor OSA (On Shelf Availability) maintenance at the outlet level. Provide ongoing support for grooming and appearance standards. Implement corrective actions for non-compliance regarding outlet hygiene. Adherence to display unit planograms and upkeeping of testers. Availability of GWP / PWP and Uniforms. Backend Operations Analysis Design tertiary targets aligned with overall business goals along with NSH Analyze the effectiveness on offtakes based on product placement and promotional strategies. RPL to be monitored and action to be taken basis performance of BA?s and Supervisors. Create a monthly dashboard, organized supervisor-wise performance, for management analysis and review.
