The Role We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to act as the face of our company to leading brands. Your mission is to identify key brand decision-makers, secure high-level appointments, and pitch our award-winning ad film and digital services to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with "concern persons" (Brand Managers/Marketing Heads) across various industries.
  • Strategic Outreach: Use LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking to secure appointments with top officials.
  • Pitching: Present our company profile and creative portfolio to potential clients, focusing on our expertise in TVCs and corporate films.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through new client acquisition.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with brands to ensure repeat business for their ongoing marketing needs.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably within an Ad Agency, Media House, or Production environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch to C-suite executives.
  • Network: An existing network of brand contacts in the South Indian market is a major plus.
  • Target-Driven: A proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving business growth.
