Business Development Executive
Location: Noida, India
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in eCommerce, prior experience in IndiaMART is preferred

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the eCommerce sector, with a strong preference for those who have worked with IndiaMART. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively present and sell our products/services to prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in eCommerce sales; prior experience with IndiaMART is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
