Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) at our Bengaluru location. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and formulating strategic plans to achieve growth. Day-to-day tasks will include researching market trends, creating leads, conducting client meetings, delivering presentations, and closing deals. The position involves taking proactive measures to meet targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
• Experience working with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Knowledge of Framing techniques and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
