What we are looking for

Role: Batch Operations / Scheduler Engineer

Experience Range: 5 to 7 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Interview Mode: Friday Online Interview

Must Have:

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

• Manage batch scheduling systems (CAWLA / Control-M / Autosys)
• Monitor and ensure batch job success (≥99.5%)
• Deploy job changes & automation improvements
• Troubleshoot:
• Job failures (abends)
• Dependency issues
• Perform agent management & patching
• Handle file transfer setup (SFG, mainframe migration)
• Manage keys/certificates (SSH/PGP)
• Perform performance tuning of batch flows
• Provide RCA and reporting

Good-to-Have:

• 3–5 years in batch/scheduling tools
• Experience with:
• CAWLA / Autosys
• Unix/Linux scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset

Essential:

• Flexible working in 24*7 environment
• Flexible to work on weekends
• Good communication skills to deal with customer
• End-to-End knowledge of activities being done
