Barista

This is a full-time remote position for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to customers. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization, interacting with customers to take orders, providing excellent customer service, and managing inventory. The Barista will also collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for customers.

• Proficiency in brewing and preparing hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to consistently maintain cleanliness, organize supplies, and manage inventory
• Teamwork and collaboration for a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience as a barista or in food service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
