The catering division, Kalpak Caterers, provides diverse cuisine options for weddings, corporate events, and large gatherings. Additionally, Wadeshwar assists customers in finding suitable venues for important functions, including exclusive partnerships with marriage halls and event spaces in Pune.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune, for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves managing receptionist duties, overseeing guest services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and promoting sales through excellent communication and engagement. The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to uphold the high standards of hospitality that Wadeshwar is known for.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure a welcoming and seamless guest experience
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties, such as greeting guests and managing inquiries
- Proficiency in Sales techniques to promote services and enhance customer satisfaction
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles preferred
- experienced in Handle high-value social & corporate events (50–500 guests)
- Lead sales, bookings & lead conversion
- Oversee menu finalisation & client coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hosts
- Supervise on-site service flow during events
- Handle guest feedback & ensure premium service delivery
- Diploma in hotel management preferred
