Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambala for a Banquet Manager. The Banquet Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events within the hotel facilities. Responsibilities include managing banquet operations, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, coordinating with clients to meet their event needs, supervising food and beverage services, and leading a team to provide exceptional service. The role also involves recruiting, hiring, and training staff as needed to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive guest experiences and event success.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and coordinate with other departments.
• Experience and expertise in Food & Beverage management to oversee high-quality service delivery during events.
• Ability to manage Hiring processes and team leadership, ensuring an efficient and motivated team.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of banquet management.
• Experience in hospitality or event management is must
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
